Scandelous on the DL

So I've been doing some things that I can't really disclose on the blog, sue me. I pay my taxes, the rent and offerings to the collection plate on Sundays. Summer is hot and I tend to get hotter.

LETS PLAY CATCH UP.

So lets see I'm sending a salutation out to David, from Switzerland the consummate gentleman, keep in touch. Capri, and Palinuro Italy are my new favorite places on earth, picts and full reviews to come. Summer in the City will have a new meaning once i'm done with the season.

COZY HOME

Usually people hibernate during the winter months. That's when I usually rage. Spring is when I hibernate, due to bad events with not so interesting people and even worse allergies are not helping my old age, but there is always something going on in the NYC.

WHERE YOU BEEN MA?

WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING

Nicole A is my new favorite person. Last week she forced me out of my hibernation and made me go get drinks and eats with her at Barolo, I haven't been to this space since my relations with Mr. M. we won't go into those details but now I feel I should have a monthly gathering here, what could be better than Italian food, outdoor garden, and Soho. What my summers were once all about. After Barolo we went to an art exhibit located in the basement of an art gallery. Como se dice HOT. Surfer boys, beer, a Brazilian band and Caprinhas oh my.
Saturday, I hit a BBQ with James, then his Birthday party at Crudo, which he was late for and then Emily's party since the height of all things lovely in Brooklyn is always a party at Em's Loft. Sunday I had the screening of the film short the property of Hub Cain. Celli Pitt delivers on so many levels that it is a shame to just call her an actress.

BACON ON THE BONGO'S

Did you know Kevin Bacon and his brother have a band? A band of what you might ask? Not a band of Gypsy’s but they do need a band-aid covering their mouths to stop the tonal secretion emitting from the oral orifice, oh my bad was that singing? Thank god for the day job and Questlove doing the DJ'ing, the only things that saved the Tribeca Film Festival Afterparty held last night at the Apple Store Soho.
